While Buddhism introduced me to meditation well over a decade ago and I have a lot of respect for the religion, I certainly wish there could’ve been someone to give me a straight-talkin’, fun and relatable version of meditation sooner.
The truth is, I started meditating because I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety. Instead of taking medication, I meditated. A few years after practicing meditation almost every day, my anxiety and panic attacks disappeared completely.
Yes, I know. It wasn’t a quick path to find inner calm, but it certainly could have been faster had I found someone whose message cut through the noise.
And I hope I can do that for you.
If you struggle with anxiety, hopelessness, sticking with habits or just think life could be better and you wonder if meditation could help, then my books, website and newsletter are for you.
And don’t worry.
I’m not here to tell you what to do with your life or how to live.
Those answers are already within you. And meditation and Ordinary Dude Meditation will help you discover that in yourself.
My mission is to change the way people think about the “type of person who meditates” and spread the practice to dudes who would’ve never tried meditation otherwise.
So if you want to help me smash the mold society has cast upon meditators, enter your email address below and join other dudes interested in improving their health, relationships and life through the power of meditation.
As a thank you for signing up, I’ll send you my Meditation Starter Guide: What You Need (and What You Don’t) to Meditate Today.
Additionally, you’ll also be notified about my latest books, as well as advice about meditation, mindfulness and habit—3 critical factors to find (and maintain) your inner calm.
I look forward to helping you experience more peace, calm, humor and happiness in your life than ever before. It’s easier than you think.
